Requesting Wavemon WiFi monitoring software

Description

Wavemon

https://github.com/uoaerg/wavemon

This is the best Wireless monitoring software, I know of. I use it for planning and measuring of effective access-point and channel distribution. It is basically https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vrem.wifianalyzer for my Notebook or PC.
The only similar software, I found in the Solus repositories is horst, which lacks the "scan window" for a quick overview of every WiFi in the neighborhood. Also the user experience and data presentation of Wevemon is absolutely excellent, especially if you are used to one of the similar Android Apps.

Yes, Wavemon is distributed under the GPLv3.

Isn't nmcli device wifi list enough?

nmcli device wifi list

... is better than nothing, but it isn't detailed enough, doesn't offer constant updates and has no detailed information about the current connection.

Packaged and installed it locally, but it doesn't seem to work well with my Wireless Adapter.

There is nothing displayed in Levels section.

Probably someone with laptop can test it.

How it should work it is explained here

This has sat in accepted for inclusion for over 30 days. Clearly, there is a lack of demand for the inclusion of this software, nobody has stepped up to provide a completed patch, maintain it, and properly integrate it. Closing as a result. Feel free to reopen but only when someone offers a patch via our proper patch submission methods and volunteers to be maintainer.

You dont install or debug a wireless network every day. I do it about once every three months and mostly in summer when it is GFL season. There is no demand you would notice, because all people who need those tools have already moved on to another Linux distribution.

If you wanted me to test the package, you could ask me to, but you also have to tell me how. My Linux computer is a production machine. I don't do beta testing. I can install any software that is already in the official repository. If it's not I'd need you to tell me a command to install it from a "side channel" like the third party software as long as it doesn't harm the rest of the system.

I have more time than usual on my hand till the end of the year. Beginning with the start of next year I will drown in work again. Id love to have Wavemon on Solus.
