Unstable area at the top and left of the screen (Budgie and MATE too)
Closed, InvalidPublic

Description

This video shows what happens when I move my touchpad cursor over the top (left also affected, I can see with Plank). It's a 1-pixel wide line there. The cursor is randomly glitching there, it doesn't let me click or highlight the icons. The entire panel (all Budgie widgets) have the same effect, and this includes Plank on the left side of the screen.

Although it's worse with the touchpad, my USB mouse suffers from it too.

It affects all distros that moved to GTK3. It's a GTK problem.
I don't know if the size of my screen matters, but it's 11-inch display. 11.6 to be precise.

Not really an issue, but regardless should be reported on Budgie's own issue tracker, not here.

It's a GTK3 problem and it's a really bad one, because I keep struggling to click something on the edges of the screen. I'll report it in the appropriate place.

The computers at the place where I work were also exhibiting this issue.
