Since last update a vpn password prompt always pops up after booting my laptop. The login credentials are already filled in, I just need to click 'ok'.

I have a similar problem. But in my case, the password cannot be saved even though I chose to do so. I have to manually type in the password every time to establish the connection.
EDIT:
store the password only for this user does not work. store the password for all users work as expected.
