Possibility for ISOs to be refreshed?

Description

Sometimes after a re installation it will give me a "please rebuild database" when running the first eopkg up. I presume a rebuild would solve this. Also would be nice to not have to download half the size of the ISO every installation.

Kyrios I am aware that the command fixes the issue, however its something that shouldn't be required.
