mtr showing "UNKNOWN" version number (version is 0.92)

Description

Very minor issue. Something is screwy with mtr's version number, it just reports UNKNOWN. Tested on Ubuntu and it shows correctly, both are version 0.92

$ mtr --version
mtr UNKNOWN

The same issue shows at the top of the application:

Apparently they forgot to include a .tarball-version file in their tarball, so the version gets set to UNKNOWN.
Fixed by creating the file ourselfs with our version string from the package.yml
