W19 update to qt5-webchannel breaks anki

Description

I couldn't find any issue at anki-upstream repo, issues arent there. to reproduce start anki from shell. stack-trace follows

the package exists on the system
$ eopkg check qt5-webchannel
Checking integrity of qt5-webchannel OK
$ eopkg info qt5-webchannel
Installed package:
Name : qt5-webchannel, version: 5.12.3, release: 14

I'll take a look at this

Was a similar problem as in T7950. Should work after this fix is committed and pushed to stable.

In the mean time you can install python3-qtwebengine to fix this yourself
