Firefox search bar gets reset after update

Description

Usually after update the search bar disappears and needs to be turned on from settings. I haven't noticed the behavior on my own computer, but it disappears from my father's computer every once in a while.

Can't recall the exact day I noticed it last time, but I guess one of the April updates did it. And has happened before, too.

Yes. That seems to reset every once in a while.

Here the search box is enabled and it never disappeared on my MATE box.
On my Budgie VM, the search box isn't there.

First time I notice this.
