Include efibootmgr in live image

Description

My UEFI refreshes boot entries every time I unplug any drive and boot. That causes Solus boot entry to disappear completely, so I have to re-add it via live usb and efibootmgr. It becomes tedious to download efibootmgr from the repos every time this happens (which might be very often, depending on when I need to unplug the drives for eg. wiping or cloning another drives) and there are situations where an internet connection simply isn't available. Also, I think an internet connection shouldn't be needed on boot rescue tasks.

Efibootmgr and efivar combined takes approx. 107kb, so shouldn't take up much space :)

It already is in the case of eopkg rollbacks where you don't have the previous eopkgs cached, as well as resolving incomplete updates. I'm not really seeing the use case for adding this to the ISOs for what I'd see as an edge case (frequent removals of drives from consumer machines).

Since it's an UEFI bug (or a "feature"), I wouldn't be surprised if it happened on its own too on some motherboards.
