Missing Cyrilic fonts in Steam when updating process only

Description

When Steam client is updating, all cyrilic fonts are unreadable.
When Steam client is running normal, no problem.
In Ubuntu, that problem does not exist.
I use Solus Budgie, with all updates to the lastest.

Have you installed noto-sans-ttf ?

@Girtablulu noto-sans-ttf is a runtime dependency of budgie-desktop-branding-material (as well as adapta-gtk-theme), which is the default branding package for Solus 3 and 3 ISO Refresh (3.9999). It's unlikely they do not have this installed on their system.

If i install all fonds found in Solus...?

pp. I installed all or most fonts i seen in software center with search "font" and "ttf", but update screen from steam client, is still unreadable.

This should be resolved since a while, please reopen if it still exists
