black screen reset brightness to 100%

Description

Hello,

I've enable on my laptop the black screen to suspend the screen after 5mn, I also have the brightness set lower, not 100% and I noticed when I come back to my desk, the brightness is 100%, I have to lower it again.

After a computer sleep mode, I don't have this problem when I turn it back on.

This is an upstream issue with GNOME Settings Daemon, whether it is a significant delay in it applying brightness or not doing so at all: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=775729

Apparently I am starting well 2019, it seems that this little problem has disappeared, fixed by an update, I think
