Last Solus update introduce clr-boot-manager v3.0. When running clr-boot-manager (grub bios), the rd.luks.uuid=<cryptoLUKS UUID root volume> is not pushed to the /boot/grub/grub.cfg file so the system will reboot in emergency mode only. UEFI systems also seems to be affected.

The clr-boot-manager 3.0.0 got removed from the stable repo, so it should be safe to update again.
