Why should this be included in the repository?

It's a file manager like Nautilus or Thunar, but very lightweight and very configurable. Nautilus it's a bit too simple sometimes.

Anyone that wants more control over his/her file manager

Rejected for inclusion as per our Package Inclusion Policy under "Stack Complexity". We have neither the interest or desire in providing LXDE / LXQT components beyond what is absolutely essential (such as lxappearance, useful for i3).
