DIGImend graphics tablet drivers for the Linux kernel

this adds in drivers that are not within the OS.

yes is open source.

unsure how many might use this, but I personally have this low cost tablet.

The first time that I have to patch this in order to update a kernel, I will personally eject it from the repo. Otherwise, I am willing to give it a shot.

@DataDrake I know your busy, but I was just wondering the state of this package. I can't use my tablet on solus with out it, so I'll be more than willing to help.

I started to create a patch based off from the bbswitch package, but I don't know how to split it between current and lts.

What needs to be done to move this forward?

@DataDrake claimed the task, if your in a hurry you could always build my package.yml, but it will pull in both kernels (current and lts).

What is the state of this request?

The DIGImend are slated to be included in Linux 5.1.
