The first time that I have to patch this in order to update a kernel, I will personally eject it from the repo. Otherwise, I am willing to give it a shot.

@DataDrake I know your busy, but I was just wondering the state of this package. I can't use my tablet on solus with out it, so I'll be more than willing to help.

I started to create a patch based off from the bbswitch package, but I don't know how to split it between current and lts.
package.yml
pspec_x86_64

What needs to be done to move this forward?

@DataDrake claimed the task, if your in a hurry you could always build my package.yml, but it will pull in both kernels (current and lts).

What is the state of this request?

Good news!
The DIGImend are slated to be included in Linux 5.1.

Sooo. I took a look at this today and it looks like these tablets are now supported natively post kernel 5.1. If someone can confirm for me, I think we can mark this as resolved. If you have a non-functioning tablet with a specific model number, I can dig more.

@DataDrake Yes, I don't have problems with my Huion tablet on solus since Linux 5.1. Seems like the driver was upstreamed.

I'm going to mark this as resolved since no one has stated that their tablet is still not working. Let me know if that isn't the case, please.

i know im insanely late but just letting you guys know that my pen tablet works right out of the box, however the shortcut buttons that are on the tablet dont work and needs libwacom for it to work. but it wont recognize non-wacom tablets , it took me few extra steps to get xsetwacom to recognize my huion tablet... this is the script that i run at the boot to get my buttons to work every boot

.
with that being said..im totally in love with solus linux..u guys hav done a fentastic jon,i mean it :]
