What can this do that T6031 can't? OpenBangla is accepted for inclusion, just closed given lack of any maintainers stepping up.

They both can do the same work. Avro is more feature rich. So, it would be better if you guys work on it.

If it's accepted for inclusion, then it's marked as Needs Maintainer. If after 30 days nobody comes forth and presents an acceptable patch, it's closed as wontfix. All packages going into the repository are required to have a dedicated maintainer.

After assessing the project presented, I am rejecting it per our Package Inclusion Policy, as the package would primarily be DOA:
- Last release was in 2017 and only featured a single XML change and a README change.
- Majority of codebase has not been touched in 5-7 years.
Closing in favor of T6031, which is actively developed. I welcome patches for it.
