Why should this be included in the repository? It is one of the few terminal based email readers that can also natively deal with IMAP. Note there exists a number of patches for it, on the main website, so it might be recommendable to ship them. (A tarball is provided of alpine with all patches applied)

Who and how many users do you anticipate will use this software?: Probably a few, given there was a package request for re-alpine
