Name: Steam ROM Manager

Why: A program for importing, adding cover art, and managing ROMs in Steam, i haven't found anything similar in the software center.
Open Source: Yes (GPLv3)
Who will use this software: Anyone that is an emulator lover and likes to have their ROMs nicely imported and organized in Steam.
