Why: Currently there are no tools in solus available that utilize a hardware random number generator to increase the quantity of entropy in the kernel. Also available in many other distros I know of.

I understand this probably has low priority, but it seems very quick and easy to package, I offer to do it myself but I would need some guidance since I have never packaged anything up to this point for a linux distribution, but I am a CS student and code for my side job so it should be easier to get into it.
