It's an all-in-one unit, but it's detected only as a scanner. CUPS doesn't detect it as a printer unless sane-backends package is removed from the system.

I'll report back to you, when I'm at the printer again (not my printer).
(As far as I know the USB id's are 0x04b8/0x0865. I recall it's detected but it's overridden as a scanner by sane-backends or something)

If you add this file (and reboot), it will give permissions for all users to have access to the device. This includes both the lp and scanner groups which is needed to function. If your id's were wrong, change them to what they are.
