Touchpad no longer secondary clicks when pushing secondary click button

Description

After a clean install my touchpad no longer secondary clicks.

I've confirmed this with other users that the behavior is present on different machines.

GNOME touchpad tool also reports the secondary click button registering as primary click

This looks to be this issue. Gnome default changed most likely

Probably worth us patching the default value rather than updating the Budgie and GNOME Desktop Branding packages.

Since I know some of you are on stable repo, if you understandably want this before we sync, run the following command then reboot:

sudo eopkg install https://packages.solus-project.com/unstable/g/gsettings-desktop-schemas/gsettings-desktop-schemas-3.28.0-40-1-x86_64.eopkg
