Not sure what went worng, but the audio stops working after few reboots and switching between internal speakers and headphones doesn´t work.
Temp. workaround is to reinstall pulseaudio and alsa-something.

There was a problem with updates, which caused system to hang and force reboot was required. Seems to be working now. No further actions required.
