@JoshStrobl I can package it but I have to package some depends like pyzbar and zbar.
To build zbar, I need docbook-xsl but it seems it has been removed: https://dev.solus-project.com/source/docbook-xsl/

zbar isn't accepted for inclusion, hasn't seen a release in 6 years and thus would be rejected. As a result, this package is rejected due to "Stack Complexity" and DOA deps, sorry.

This is now depending on libhandy which isn't allowed on Solus. Only solution is using the flatpack package.
