Description

Recently, the setting to change resolution for the display or configuring several monitors is not showing in Budgie Settings anymore.

Event Timeline

Hmm... Just because it might help, could I please ask for a screenshot? I'm not quite sure what you mean.

I am not able to access the display settings as described at e.g. Solus Help Center

You can configure your display(s) in Budgie by opening the Budgie Menu and then clicking on “Displays” in the System Settings category.

I do not have this setting anymore (it used to be there).
Here is a screenshot (I am using the German version, but there is no "Bildschirm" (german for Display) setting)

Also if I search for "display" or "bildschirm" in the start menu I do not find such a setting anymore.

It never was in Budgie Desktop Settings, it was in GNOME Control Center, a.k.a Settings.
