Name: pipenv
Homepage: https://github.com/pypa/pipenv
Why: This tool combines the best of cargo, yarn, etc. and brings it to Python. You now no longer have to manage virtual environments and pip differently. Then now work together using a Pipfile and Pipfile.lock.

I have what seems to be a working package.yml for when this gets okayed, hopefully before Friday sync!

@tristan957 : Hi, did you publish the package.yml to Diffusion for review?
I would like to take a stab at this and would love to resume where you left off.

One of the dependencies for this package is a python package parver that is not in the repos.
Can someone please guide me on how to build two python packages within a single package.yml or should I create a task for a new package python-parver
Here is a link to the package that this request depends upon : https://pypi.org/project/parver/

@violentmagician sorry for never seeing your message. You need to create a separate task for parver
