Update Bitwig Studio to v2.3

Description

The currently available Bitwig Studio in Solus is v2.1.3 from 18th of July 2017.

There have been quite a lot of workflow and other improvements in v2.2 and v2.3.

Please update repo to Bitwig 3.0. It introduces the Grid, an essential new feature.
