Geary 0.12.1-12-1-x86_64 not working

Description

Problem: when upgrading geary to the latest package, it will connect to an imap server and then hang until timeout.
after timeout it will hang on deserialization.

Resolution: reverting to 0.12.0-11-1-x86_64 without any other change fixes the problem and works as expected.

Yup, 0.12.1 messed up geary. Email client became unusable. Downgrading geary to 0.12 https://packages.solus-project.com/shannon/g/geary/geary-0.12.0-11-1-x86_64.eopkg or 0.11 works.

@vincepii Download the linked package and then install it sudo eopkg it geary-0.12.0-11-1-x86_64.eopkg

if there is an update/downgrade for this in the repo ill cherry-pick it across...

It seems all it needed was a rebuild, tested with my outlook account. Can't test gmail due to 2FA.
If someone else on unstable could confirm that it's been fixed it would be appreciated!

Can't test gmail due to 2FA.

You generate an app-specific password via Google Accounts and use that.
