Plasma Testing ISO: Kontact does not seem to start

Description

Application installs with no errors. When launched from the menu it will not show up. Terminal output

No such XML file "/home/haon/.local/share/kontact/default-.rc"

Do you have any of the kontact elements installed (i.e. kmail, korganizer)?

I haven't rundep any of the suite it uses, which may be sensible and required

yes kmail and korganizer are both installed.
Update. When both kmail and korganizer are closed and i start kontact it will open Summary page, but kontact application is nowhere to be seen

Ok, So I'm going to need to reinstall Solus so I can replicate the environment and feel it the same way you guys are (and hit the same issues) xD

Good luck, otherwise, you did fantastic job, been using it for the past 5hrs, no performance or stability issues, looks fantastic
Looks like its ready for a daily driver until official is released :)

I just installed Kontact and Korganizer here, and they're working.

Haven't played with it any yet to see if anything breaks, but once installed it started Akonadi and fired-up.

@jgawlik83, does your ~/.local/share/kontact folder exist? Just wondering if it's some kind of folder/permissions problem?

after re-installation ok Kontact it started to work, I had it as part of the installation script so perhaps something failed there. All works now, thank you .
Since no one else commented and it does work for @folcred I will assume it was my local problem and will mark as resolved
