Not sure what is wrong, as it does work for my touchpad.
I don't really know what else to say about it. If you need any more information, let me know.

Can someone test this after installing the new Testing ISO? It works for me locally (but I am using the Beta version).
@folcred @jgawlik83 (the price you pay for providing feedback!) :P
Scrolling is working fine for me, but then I'm not sure what exactly is meant by "reverse scroll".
In what application(s)?
Wired or wireless mouse?
That setting:
It's an odd option for an actual mouse. Basically you scroll down and the page goes up (only makes sense for touchpads imo)
Now I get it. Some of Plasma settings only get written to config files that are read on startup, they don't always take immediate effect. When I changed it a few minutes ago it had no effect either, nothing changed. It could be one of those settings that needs a session restart.
I'm in the middle of something else right now, so didn't want to have to close everything down and restart. Could you try restarting @Vistaus and see if that helps?
I have it working immediately on 5.11.95, so we'll peg this one will be resolved when Plasma 5.12 is pushed to the repo (and if not find the missing dep). Thanks for checking, just wanted to be sure on a clean install.
@sunnyflunk How have you installed 5.11.95? Did you manually compile it or are you using some secret internal Solus repo? :P
@folcred I already restarted several times to no avail. I'm using a wireless mouse. Reverse scrolling works fine on my touchpad in Plasma and it also works fine for my external mouse in GNOME and Budgie (and TDE on Q4OS).
There's no repo, I just built and installed locally to see what needs changing for when 5.12 lands
@sunnyflunk Quick question: Plasma 5.12 Final is expected to be released on Feb 6. Will we be getting 5.12 (even if only in Unstable) around Feb 6 or are you guys going to wait for the first bug fix release, i.e. 5.12.1 (like you did with the GNOME 3.26 upgrade)?
Things can't sit in unstable...if I push it basically means it hits stable on Feb 9. They get a lot more testing on the beta and git versions so tend to be more stable than their counterparts, but based on the last release I ripped out some code cause it was broken and not actually fixed till the .3 tarball (note I'm not really helping development at this point so that's my fault as much as anyone elses). So a bit of different goals and aims: from my point of view, I don't want to push new bugs to users, where from a development point of view that will slow down progress substantially. Likely will go with .0 release given it's in it's early access and appears to have many fixes I want to land for a 2nd testing ISO.
In future if going with the quick release to stable, the ability to push a few package fixes after sync will make it a lot easier to manage going forward. That may mean I change how I release KF5 updates, to later in the sync cycle to minimise the conflicts of pushing an updated plasma package.
Updated to 5.12 through the Software Center and @sunnyflunk was right: reverse scrolling works now! Thanks! :)
