I've got a working Natron package but it does not contain most nodes.
For a full package these would additionally need to be packaged:

https://github.com/devernay/openfx-misc
https://github.com/olear/openfx-arena
Some of them are a pain to package because submodules are not included in the release tarballs, dependencies have no releases etc
If someone wants to take a look at it here is the current Naton patch:
Edit: The nodes are now released as usable tarballs. https://github.com/MrKepzie/Natron/releases/2.1.9 Unfortunately they don't seem to like imagemagick 7
Landed in unstable as of https://git.solus-project.com/packages/natron/commit/?id=410aba5d533dd4a09a0e3380fe0127c9ab0913d2
Poked @theSoenke on T2124 of updating it to the latest :)
