Name of the software paranoia
Homepage https://www.xiph.org/paranoia/
Why we should include this into the repository? It's currently the best lossless Linux CD ripper, and dependency for other software such as abcde. No other lossless CD rippers are currently available in Solus, in spite of this kind of software being widely used by listeners.
Is it open source? Absolutely, GNU GPL v2

When you request a package, you don't have to worry about the dependencies. If the request is approved, the packager will take care about that. ?
