@AdamGress I'm not sure why you're pinging everyone, we're part of the Triage Team and get the email regardless. Regarding your suggestion, the extend of what we can do is create a template like we have for Package Request but frankly almost nobody uses that and we have to proactively fix requests.

I do not want to extend this, but if you are expecting the last answer, I would say that the template is a good guide for those who want to use it. It is convenient for those who want to use it. By doing so, your work can become much easier and unnecessary error records can be avoided.
