Why should this be included in the repository: its a prerequirement for the Game Backup Monitor's Linux Version (http://mikemaximus.github.io/gbm-web/linux.html) and it adds support for Visual Basic for mono

How many users do you anticipate will use this software? If you were to also add Game Backup Monitor, then pretty much anybody who wants to back up their game save files
