RetroArch got no icons in the main window

Description

Freshly installed RetroArch shows only black rectangles instead of the icons in the main window.
Selectiong other icon-theme doesn't helps.

"Online Updater -> Update Assets" should make them appear again

It's basically what @feskyde said, The reason why we don't package up the assets as that they don't version it. For now it's done using the online updater for assets in retroarch. I won't mark resolved just yet or anything else.

I have opened up a PR for the help center with some documentation on Retroarch. It basically has the information on how to download the assets. That might resolve this kind of...
