SDL2 version 2.0.6 segfault bug - needs updating to 2.0.7 to fix

Description

There is a known bug in SDL2 version 2.0.6 that causes segfaults with programs such as OpenRTC2 which means OpenRCT2 in the software center is also broken for some people. Either updating to 2.0.7 or downgrading to 2.0.5 fixes the issue. A link to the SDL bug report is below.

2.0.7 hasn't been released yet

2.0.7 is listed as stable here? https://www.libsdl.org/tmp/download-2.0.php

If you go from the main page it says 2.0.6.
Note that it says /tmp/ in the URL. Perhaps they've tagged the release but haven't made it official yet.
