The key combo was working perfectly the suddenly seem to have stopped after last big update.
This is to toggle things such as laptop touchpad, airplane mode andothers.

What still works:
Fn+Arrows (screen brightnes/volume)
Fn+Numpad (Mute/Keyboard lighting)
Fn+F12 (Sleep mode)

What is verified not working:
Fn+F3 (Toggle mousepad)
Fn+F10 (Airplane mode)

I've used both of them before the patch.
