  • Hancom Office HWP 2014 viewer

  • Hancom Office is most popular Word Processor in Korea and it makes *.hwp files. But these documents can only be read by Hancom Office and other programs cannot open them. Therefore, without this viewer, Linux users cannot read these documents.
  • This is freeware, but I don't know whether this is open source or not.
  • This program can be installed by *.deb or *.rpm and I don't know whether it's source file is opened.

Given we have no plans on flatpaking or snapping this application, closing as wontfix. I'd suggest reaching out to the respective developers about supporting either of those distribution and container models, or taking on the initiative.
