English (Canada) and English (US) not showing up in Keyboard layouts when Canada is selected as a country automatically via internet

Description

As the title says, I installed the OS just now (in Canada) and English (Canada) and English (US) do not show up on the keyboard layout list.

Most Canadians use English (US) layout as our keyboards are all made there. English (US) should be the default choice actually (IMO of course).

+1 for English (US) being the default for Canadian users.
