Okay, given we have no plans on adding Mycroft I don't really see a reason why this needs to be added. It doesn't really deliver anything it promises to.

@JoshStrobl It makes sense to exclude the library if nothing packaged uses it. Aside from that, I'm curious on what you mean by it not delivering anything it promises to.
