What's the benefit compared to Snaps and Flatpak ?

@kyrios123 It is closer to a alternative (FreeBSD/port) package manager, so it allows people with lower storage people to install software that is not included/can't be maintained in Solus.

To be frank, I don't see a reason for this to be included when we have Snaps and Flatpak support and are more invested in improving our Snap support.
