It was really weird that my Waltop tablet worked fine on previous Arch install, but not on Solus. Then after digging around the internet I found out that Waltop has its own HID module in the kernel, which Solus' kernel config hasn't enabled. I managed to use the tablet by manually compiling and inserting the module, but other users with Waltop tablets would be pleased to see it working by default.
