SMB Printing - not possible to browse network for samba printers

Description

In the printer-settings of the Solus MATE spin, one cannot browse the network for samba printers. The option is greyed out. This is because pysmbc is not installed. It is not in the repos, one can only install it via pip. It should be installed by default, otherwise the functionality is broken.

How did you find out that this package is required ?

In Ubuntu the package is offered for installation when the smb printer browsing action is initiated. I also had to install it on CentOS in order for it to work.
