Description

We have two missing components to make classic snaps work properly:

gtk-update-icon-cache-3.0 symlink in gtk3 package (should be relative, not absolute)
libselinux.so.1 from selinux (ideally I'll package this myself because I DO NOT WANT SELINUX SUPPORT IN SOLUS ™ but just the library for ABI purposes)
Then rebuild snapd to depend on the new selinux package

This will ensure the new release of Solus will have fully working OOTB snapd support (now in the ISOs by default)

OK well there is still some potential for glib issues when using older snaps like brackets but they will still run
