Night Light fails multi monitor

Description

When plugging in a monitor, new or previously connected one, Night Light does not register on the new monitor. This is fixed by disabling and enabling Night Light.
After toggling Night Light the monitor can be disconnected and reconnected again without needing to toggle Night Light.
