When installing Kdenlive in Solus, only the default 'light' theme is provided under settings > themes.
Typically there is at least breeze-dark by default, if I am not mistaken.

Breeze has landed with work done by @sunnyflunk and has since been migrated out of krita and ensured to integrate with kdenlive without conflicts. Updated kdenlive will now provide the appropriate breeze themes.
