Remove the changes in Firefox that initialize arc-firefox-theme as a pre-configured extension in new profiles, as it will no longer
be shipped (And is marked Obsolete in the repository)

(Note: I won't get around to this until tomorrow probably so I won't say no to a patch .. :))
