Preconditions:
Add 2 languages to "Region & Language"-> Input languages
Change keybinding for changing language shift+alt
Make password using 1st language

Steps:
Change input source to 2nd language
Lock the screen
Try to change language to 2nd using shift+alt
Input password

Result: Password is not correct

I suppose that this issue depends on changing language on the lock screen, please try to fix it
