Software: Solus Gnome (Solus 2017.04.18.0 64-bit)
Hardware: Sager/Clevo W670SZ laptop (i7-4700QM, 16GB Ram, 1TB HDD, Intel 4400 Integrated Graphics)
lsusb output: Bus 003 Device 008: ID 0e41:4147 Line6, Inc. TonePort GX
Solus is seeing the device, but it is not displayed in sound settings, which would suggest it is not being seen as an audio device.
For reference, the device is seen as an audio device in Ubuntu Gnome 16.04.2, and works with Bitwig Studio 2 in alsa mode, which is the goal in Solus. I make the reference not to be derogatory toward Solus, rather to illustrate that the device CAN work OOTB. From reading some Ubuntu forums, it seems Ubuntu recognizes any standard compliant usb audio interface device, i.e., Line 6, Presonus, or Focusrite 2i2, which I noticed another member of the forum having issues with. Not sure if that helps.
Per "sunnyflunk" from the Solus Forum:
I would also add these links: (they should be the relevant modules to build support for in the kernel).
