Installer final message should account for the amount of disks being affected

Description

Before the actual installation occurs, the installer displays a message that disks will be changed.
In my case I had just one disk being changed, so naturally this lead to some questions and I nearly aborted.

This bug can lead people to think that undesirable things will happen.

In my case I was installing to an USB drive and I started thinking it would affect my hard drive also.

Truth be told I kinda thought the summary would take care of that fear. But you're right, we need proper pluralisation there.
