The Solus software center GUI does not update after removing a package. Moving to a different tab does not update it (Home, Search, etc).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to installed packages.
2. Uninstall a package. ( Notice how the button says Remove)
3. Press the back button. (Notice the removed package still exists in the list. Clicking on it does nothing)
4. Go to uninstall another package. (Notice the button says Install instead of remove.)

I have not tested what happens when you press the install button when it should actually be remove.
