Audio output source does not change when pulling out headphones

Description

Every time i plug out my headphones from my laptop, it doesn't change automatically the audio to computer's speakers.
So i have to go to settings -> audio and change the volume of audio to make it start playing.

Similar issue happens when I plug a combo jack, only the input source is not automatically switched, perhaps depends on hardware since for me the output source is switching

I have similar issue when I plug HDMI to my TV. I have to switch the sound source manually.

Changing to Software since this can be resolved by copying the pulseaudio default.pa from /usr/share/pulseaudio/default.pa and putting it in /etc/pulse/ and adding load-module module-switch-on-connect
