Hello,

Would it be possible to automatically add the author as subscriber in arcanist (perhaps via an update of the template if possible or via herald) ?

Reason: I don't think the author will receive any notification if this is not done (unless the reviewer or someone else add him/her afterwards or @mention the user to let him/her know something should be changed or the patch is accepted or refused).
